Delivery and Returns Policy

The Gym Kitchen uses a range of couriers such as DPD, Yodel or Royal mail to deliver our products to you. We offer standard and next day delivery options.

Delivery

The delivery of your order depends on the service you choose at checkout. We use Third Party postal service(s) (E.g. DPD, Yodel or Royal mail) which may occasionally affect the date of your delivery.

Return/Refund Policy.

We may offer refunds on unopened products, or, if there is clear and obvious evidence that the product you have purchased does not match the advertised product. In the event you wish to lodge a complaint and apply for a refund, you must first contact hello@thegymkitchen.com with details of purchase(s), receipt(s) of purchase(s), and reasonable evidence of the issue. The decision of the refund shall be determined by TGK Brand Limited only.

Your right to cancel does not affect your rights as a consumer in relation to any defective or incorrect products you may receive. If you receive a defective product or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at hello@thegymkitchen.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
