Chicken & Vegetable Stir-Fry

Here’s what you’ll need!

Here’s how you do it!

1. 1 cup of Water

2. 4oog Diced Chicken Breast

3. 1 teaspoon of salt

4. 1 teaspoon of Black Pepper

5. 2 cups of chopped Broccoli

6. 2 cups of chopped Mushrooms

7. 2 cups of chopped Red Peppers

8. 1 tablespoon of Garlic

9. 1 tablespoon of Ginger

10. 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil

11. 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce

12. 1 cup of Plain Flour

13. 1 Chicken stock cube

14. 1 tablespoon of Brown Sugar

 

 

1. Combine the Harrisa paste and Greek yogurt in a bowl

2. Mix the chicken together in the bowl

3. Place the mix into the fridge for 30 mins

4. Chop the vegetables and then combine them in a baking tray

5. Add the two garlic cloves and coat with olive oil

6. Cook in the oven for 10min (not compulsory) gas mark 5/ 180c

7. Add chicken to the vegetables

8. Cook in the oven for 30mins gas mark 5/ 180c 9. Serve
