Start your day off right with this creamy and incredibly nutritious smoothie, made with The Gym Kitchen High Protein Banoffee Pie Yogurt, and a load of other health boosting ingredients!š
Smoothie Ingredients:
- 100g (half tub) The Gym Kitchen High Protein Banoffee Pie Yogurt
- 20g Vanilla Protein Powder
- 50g Baby Spinach
- 200ml Milk (we used unsweetened almond milk but any milk can be used)
- 5g Oat Bran
- 5g Flaxseeds
- 5g Chia Seeds
Method:
- It really is as simple as adding all of the ingredients into a blender, blending until desired consistency, pour into your favourite glass or protein shaker if you are on the move, and enjoy!Ā
