Why we created smaller, high-protein meals

Fresh, colourful and full of texture, our Asian Chicken Noodles bring together chicken, edamame, red peppers, spring greens and carrots for a noodle dish that feels light but still satisfying.
It's the highest-protein meal in the range, with 26g protein, plus 6g fibre, just 3g fat and 302 kcal per pack.
Meatball Pasta
Comfort food, but make it balanced. Our Meatball Pasta combines wholewheat fusilli, spring greens and pork and beef meatballs for a proper pasta moment in a more considered format.
At 299 kcal, with 21g protein and 13g fibre, it's hearty without being heavy.
Mexican Chicken & Rice
Colourful and punchy, our Mexican Chicken & Rice is made with chicken, a brown rice and quinoa mix, edamame, sweet potato and red peppers.
It delivers 25g protein, 6g fibre and 293 kcal per pack.
