The sausage chilli con carne makes 4 servings use 1 serving for the nachos.

Ingredients:

    For the Chilli:
    • 4 TGK Original sausages
    • 1 Tin of Kidney Beans
    • 1 Tin of Crushed Tomatoes
    • 1 Onion, diced
    • 2 Garlic Cloves, diced
    • 1 Tsp Paprika
    • 1 Tsp Cumin
    • 2 Tbsp Tomato Puree
    For the Nachos:
    • 50g Nachos
    • 200g Chilli
    • 30g Chilli Cheese
    • 1 Tbsp Smashed Avocado
    • 1 Tbsp Salsa

    Method:

    1. Remove the meat from 4 TGK Original sausages.
    2. Heat a pan over medium heat with a little oil. Add the diced onion and garlic, and fry until softened.
    3. Add the sausage meat to the pan and cook until browned.
    4. Stir in 2 tbsp tomato puree and cook for 2 minutes.
    5. Add 1 tin of kidney beans, 1 tin of crushed tomatoes, 1 tsp paprika, and 1 tsp cumin. Mix well.
    6. Simmer for 10–15 minutes until the chilli thickens.
    7. Spread the nachos on a plate or dish and spoon over 200g of the sausage chilli.
    8. Top with the chilli cheese, smashed avocado, and tbsp salsa. Sprinkle with chilli flakes, coriander or any other toppings you love.
