Ingredients:

  • 1 packet The Gym Kitchen Moroccan Grains
  • 1 large red peppers
  • 1 400g tin chopped tomatoes
  • 20g feta
  • 1 tbsp Rose Harissa paste

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 160ā„ƒ.
  2. Chop peppers in half and remove the pith and seeds.
  3. Place on baking tray and add oil.
  4. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Add 1 packet of the Moroccan Grains to a saucepan on medium heat. Add harissa paste and mix.
  6. Add tin of tomatoes and mix thoroughly. Remove from the heat once cooked through.
  7. Fill the pepper halves with the mixture, followed by a sprinkling of feta.
