Ingredients:
- 1 packet The Gym Kitchen Moroccan Grains
- 1 large red peppers
- 1 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 20g feta
- 1 tbsp Rose Harissa paste
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160ā.
- Chop peppers in half and remove the pith and seeds.
- Place on baking tray and add oil.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Add 1 packet of the Moroccan Grains to a saucepan on medium heat. Add harissa paste and mix.
- Add tin of tomatoes and mix thoroughly. Remove from the heat once cooked through.
- Fill the pepper halves with the mixture, followed by a sprinkling of feta.
